Aim
The Aim of this page is to introduce the
reader to
Inchkey’s
core beliefs and capabilities.
Introduction
Inchkey
has been formed to assist organisations and individuals in initiating
and sustaining transformational change. Organisational changes are often
accompanied by new Information Systems and so we also advise on the
formation and implementation of these projects. We believe that the
secret in achieving this is the way in which human beings connect with
each other. The need for organizations to be flexible and innovative
means that the bottom line is now people. Leadership is therefore
one of the most important tools in the manager’s toolkit in providing an
environment in which all staff are focused on achieving the
organisation’s objectives.
The
Leaders
Inchkey
is led by business partners David Beare and Maryanne Beare.
David
Beare is an experienced manager who has worked at General
Manager level in the oil and telecommunications/IT industries. His
specialty is business strategy and the implementation of Information
Systems. He has worked, first in the Army, and then for 20 years in
Shell. He has a degree in Electrical Sciences, an MBA, and is a
Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
Maryanne Beare
is a qualified and experienced Master Coach and Psychotherapist who has
run successful consulting businesses in the Far East, Middle East, and
Europe. She specialises in multi-cultural consultancy across different
nationalities and organisational cultures. She is an Accredited Insights
Practitioner and a certified NLP Coach. She follows the International
Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
Both leaders are
experienced in setting up customer and partnership relationships.
Our
Network
Inchkey
has a network of independent consultants who
supplement our skills and resources as required. These associates range
in skills from IT to personal development and, if required we put
together teams of people to perform assignments. We ensure that all our
associates have similar values to ours.

The theme of all our services is Leadership. We
believe that the pressures on businesses in the 21st Century
demand the very best leadership if organisations are to survive. We can
